(Smaragd) Emerald Green Arborvitae
ARBORVITAE has been referred to as the the "living
fence" because of it's excellent screening quality and noise
diffusion. When planted in a hedge, Arborvitae makes a lustrous
green background for your landscaping projects. With proper
watering, fertilizing and care, they can grow in excess of one
foot a year in most parts of the country. They grow quickly in most
soil types and can reach up to 18' or more feet in some areas.
WHY THE EMERALD GREEN VARIETY? We have chosen to
specialize in this variety because of it's resistance to the
"drooping limb" some of the other varieties experience after time
or with snow and ice. The EMERALD GREEN ARBORVITAE holds it's
beautiful conical shape, has a richer green color in all seasons
and is beautiful grown naturally or can be "topped" to make a

WE ARE CURRENTLY TAKING ORDERS. Generally available year-round. Your plants will be
well-rooted, and approximately 6" - 8" inches tall from base to tip,
not including roots. In many areas, in well-prepared soil with
adequate water, they can be lined directly into the ground or
