Race Bike Update

June 7, 2006

Gary has been working hard on getting our race bike ready the past few months. He is upgrading a 2001 Honda XR650R to be ready for the rugged terrain of the Baja 1000. He is also getting ready a pre-run bike so we can run the course before the race to get in some practice. Here is a short list of all the upgrades he has been doing and will be doing to the bike to get it race ready.

• GPR Pro V2 triple tree/streering damper
• TrailTech Lynks Enduro Speedometer
• Baja Designs Dual 8" HID headlights
• Highoutput stator and rectifier
• Michelin Desert Tires
• Baja Designs style skid plate
• High speed heavy duty cam chain, gears, sliders, and tensioner
• Heavy duty clutch springs
• 11:1 Forged Piston w/ antifriction coating
• HCR cam
• Front forks springs and revalved
• Rear shock heavy duty spring and revalved
• DID X-ring ERV3 High Tensile strength chain
• IMS Pro Pegs
