Music at Canby UMC
Music is the very heart of our worship experience.
From the rich sound of a pipe organ to the concert grand piano and
the electronic keyboard, we fill our sanctuary with great sounds,
both traditional and contemporary. Solo voices, a Chancel Choir and
the combined voices of our congregation make the music very special.
Choral Music
The Chancel choir leads worship at our 11:00 am. The Choir practices at
7 p.m. Wednesday night.
Participation is open to all singers. Music background is of value, but
not necessary. Marie Helsby, our director is an accomplished music
educator who brings her faith to life in the music of the traditional
service.
